OrganizeSnap ("we", "us") provides online home organizing plans. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- What you upload: photos of your space, measurements, and any notes you add.
- Contact details: your name and email address, so we can deliver your plan and answer questions.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your organizing plan, picture and shopping list.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To improve our service.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run OrganizeSnap: Stripe (payments), artificial intelligence providers that analyze your photos and create your plan and picture (such as Anthropic and Google), and our website and email hosts. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Shopping links
Your shopping list may contain links to products on Amazon and other stores. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. Those stores have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your photos and plan so you can access them and so we can help with any questions, and we delete them on request. To ask us to delete your information, email organizesnap@gmail.com.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. Please do not upload photos that show people, documents or other private information.
Children
OrganizeSnap is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
