Our promise

If your plan is not right, email us within 14 days of your order at organizesnap@gmail.com and tell us what went wrong.

• Free fix: we will first redo your plan based on your feedback, at no cost.
• Full refund: if we cannot deliver your plan, or if the fixed plan still does not work for your space, we will refund your payment in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Products from other stores

Products you buy from Amazon or other stores are covered by that store's own return policy, not by OrganizeSnap.
