The service
OrganizeSnap creates organizing plans, pictures and shopping lists based on the photos and measurements you provide. Plans are created with the help of artificial intelligence. The "after" picture is an illustration of the idea, not an exact photo of the final result.
Your measurements
Product suggestions depend on the measurements you give us. Please measure carefully and check each product's size before buying. We are not responsible for products that do not fit because of incorrect measurements.
Products and stores
We do not sell or ship the products on your shopping list. They are sold by other stores, such as Amazon. Prices and availability can change at any time. Questions about a product, its delivery or its return go to the store you bought it from.
Payment
Prices are shown on our website and are charged once per order through Stripe. There are no subscriptions. See our Refund Policy.
Your photos
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You allow us to use them only to create and deliver your plan. Upload only photos you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, offensive or other people's private content, or try to misuse or disrupt the service.
Limits
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
